Terms of Service

1.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PR Launch (operated by MEQAYIS RAISIA MARKETING AND PR CO. L.L.C, doing business as “PR Launch” or “prlaunch.io”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1.2 Services Provided

PR Launch provides public relations services across three product tiers:

• Frontend Article Packages — single-publication article writing, placement, and distribution ($67–$197 per article).
• Authority Foundation Package — a 45-day, 13-deliverable authority-building engagement with a $7,500 one-time investment.
• Authority Elite Package — a 90-day, 17-deliverable tier-1 authority engagement with a $15,000 one-time investment.

Each tier has its own dedicated agreement below covering deliverables, timelines, refund eligibility, and substitution rules.

1.3 Limitation of Liability

PR Launch and MEQAYIS RAISIA MARKETING AND PR CO. L.L.C are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from articles or services purchased through PR Launch. This includes but is not limited to reputational damage, financial loss, business outcomes, revenue impacts, or any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability under any agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Client. Clients are solely responsible for the content they approve for publication.

1.4 Third-Party Relationships

PR Launch is not associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with Meta, Apple, Google, Forbes, USA Today, or any of the publications or platforms we distribute content to. We operate as an independent PR service provider.

1.5 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and publication, clients retain ownership of the content created for their order. PR Launch retains the right to use published articles and deliverables as portfolio examples and testimonials unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company grants the Client full usage rights to all entity profiles, infrastructure, and assets created as part of any package.

1.6 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep the terms of any executed agreement, including pricing and deliverable specifics, confidential. The Company may reference the Client as a past client with the Client's written consent.

1.7 Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to reject any order — at any tier — that contains:

• Harmful, defamatory, or illegal content
• Misleading or fraudulent information
• Content that violates third-party rights
• Content that violates publication or platform guidelines

1.8 Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated after confirmed delivery of all paid deliverables constitute a breach of the relevant agreement and may result in legal action to recover the full amount plus associated fees.

1.9 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Agreements already executed under prior terms remain governed by the version active at the time of payment.

1.10 Contact Information

2.1 Scope

This section governs single-publication article packages priced between $67 and $197. Each order covers writing, placement, and distribution of one article on a specific publication selected by the Client at checkout.

2.2 Order Process and Approval

• The Client has the right to approve the article before publication.
• Unlimited free revisions are included with every order.
• Once the article is approved by the Client, the order is considered final.
• Articles are published within 48 hours of Client approval.

2.3 Order Finality

All orders are final once the article has been approved by the Client and published. We reserve the right to reject orders that promote harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content at our sole discretion.

2.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if articles are not published within 48 hours of Client approval. Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:

Revision Policy: Every order includes unlimited free revisions. We encourage Clients to request as many revisions as needed to ensure complete satisfaction before approving the article for publication.

3.1 Parties

This agreement is between MEQAYIS RAISIA MARKETING AND PR CO. L.L.C, trading as PR Launch, Office 159, Floor C18, Ontario Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Company”) and the Client (“Client”) for the delivery of the Authority Foundation Package as outlined below.

3.2 Deliverables

The Company agrees to deliver the following:

Bonus deliverables (highlighted above) are included as complimentary additions to this package and carry no additional cost. Bonus deliverables are not subject to the refund allocations defined in 3.6.

3.3 Delivery Timeline

All deliverables will be completed within 45 days from the date of the Client's intake call. The intake call will be scheduled within 48 hours of payment.

3.4 Investment

The total investment for the Authority Foundation Package is $7,500 USD (seven thousand five hundred dollars). This is a one-time payment. No recurring fees, retainers, or additional charges apply.

Payment plan option: 50/50 split — $3,750 due at signing, $3,750 due 14 calendar days from the date of the first payment. Both payments must be completed for the fulfillment process to proceed to publication.

3.5 Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

1. Complete the onboarding questionnaire and brand intake.
2. Attend the Brand Narrative & Positioning Strategy session scheduled by the Company.
3. Review and approve press article drafts within 5 business days of receiving each draft.
4. Provide a professional headshot, brand assets, biographical information, and any other materials requested during onboarding.

Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required materials or approvals may extend the delivery timeline beyond 45 days. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the Client.

3.6 Refund Policy

The Company guarantees delivery of all listed deliverables, including the Google Knowledge Panel and all named editorial placements. If the Company fails to deliver any specific paid deliverable — for any reason, including editorial rejection, platform denial, or supplier unavailability — the Client is entitled to a refund equal to the Refund Allocation value of that specific deliverable as listed below. Refunds are scoped to the specific non-delivered line items only and do not extend to the full package. All other deliverables successfully delivered remain non-refundable.

Bonus deliverables.

Bonus deliverables (SERP Optimization Campaign, "As Seen In" Brand Bar) carry a Refund Allocation of $0. While the Company commits to delivering these bonus components, no refund obligation attaches to bonus deliverables as they are provided at no additional cost.

Substitution rights for strategist-matched placements.

Where a strategist-matched placement (High-Tier Editorial Placement) cannot be secured at the originally scoped publication, the Company reserves the right to substitute an alternative publication of equivalent or greater editorial value within the same category, with Client notification. Substitution does not constitute non-delivery and does not trigger refund eligibility. Named editorial publications (Yahoo Finance, AP News, Benzinga, Digital Journal, HackerNoon, Business Insider) are not subject to substitution — if those specific outlets cannot be secured, the full refund allocation for that line item applies.

Once all deliverables have been successfully placed and verified by the Client, the sale is final and no refunds will be issued.

3.7 Content & Usage Rights

All published article content is subject to the respective publication's editorial and usage policies. The Client may reference, link to, and promote all placements freely. The Company grants the Client full usage rights to all entity profiles, infrastructure, and assets created as part of this package.

4.1 Parties

This agreement is between MEQAYIS RAISIA MARKETING AND PR CO. L.L.C, trading as PR Launch, Office 159, Floor C18, Ontario Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Company”) and the Client (“Client”) for the delivery of the Authority Elite Package as outlined below.

4.2 Deliverables

The Company agrees to deliver the following:

Bonus deliverables (highlighted above) are included as complimentary additions to this package and carry no additional cost. Bonus deliverables are not subject to the refund allocations defined in 4.6.

4.3 Delivery Timeline

All deliverables will be completed within 90 days from the date of the Client's intake call. The intake call will be scheduled within 48 hours of payment.

4.4 Investment

The total investment for the Authority Elite Package is $15,000 USD (fifteen thousand dollars). This is a one-time payment. No recurring fees, retainers, or additional charges apply.

Payment plan option: 50/50 split — $7,500 due at signing, $7,500 due 14 calendar days from the date of the first payment. Both payments must be completed for the fulfillment process to proceed to publication.

4.5 Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Where a strategist-matched placement (High-Tier Editorial Placement or Vertical-Specific Premium Placement) cannot be secured at the originally scoped publication, the Company reserves the right to substitute an alternative publication of equivalent or greater editorial value within the same category, with Client notification. Substitution does not constitute non-delivery and does not trigger refund eligibility. Named editorial publications (USA Today, Forbes, Yahoo Finance, AP News, Benzinga, Digital Journal, HackerNoon, Business Insider) are not subject to substitution — if those specific outlets cannot be secured, the full refund allocation for that line item applies.

Once all deliverables have been successfully placed and verified by the Client, the sale is final and no refunds will be issued.

4.7 Content & Usage Rights
